Linear Speed - all about running faster in a straight line, from acceleration to top-end speed
How it helps: Building explosive starts and improving sprint mechanics helps athletes maximize their stride efficiency and run faster Over Distances

Mobility – ensures athletes move freely and efficiently through their full range of motion.
How it helps: Better mobility reduces injury risk, increases flexibility, and improves running form and technique

Plyometrics – builds explosive power through jump-based exercises.

What is the age range for Summer Speed Camp?

VAST Summer Speed Camp is from ages 5 to 14 years old.

Do the Speed Campers need prior experience?

No, beginners are welcome! Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you learn the basics before advancing to higher levels.

What should I wear or bring to Speed Camp?

Comfortable workout clothes and cross-training sneakers would be best. Be sure to bring water and snacks!

What time is drop-off and pick-up?

Drop-off is at 7am and pick-up is 12pm.
