VAST Summer Speed Camp is from ages 5 to 14 years old.
No, beginners are welcome! Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you learn the basics before advancing to higher levels.
Comfortable workout clothes and cross-training sneakers would be best. Be sure to bring water and snacks!
Drop-off is at 7am and pick-up is 12pm.
